No worries, I had it send it to me personally otherwise the list  
would be flooded.

Thanks for the patches! I will look through it sometime soon, but I  
appreciate the work and thought you must have put in to get this  
happening.

Two minor things:

1.    You should at least acknowledge the CLA on behalf of  
SkyComputers -- but for now I take "use them as you wish" to allow a  
blanket incorporation back into the commercial macstl. This will  
allow me to track any royalties I pay SkyComputers for the  
incorporated code.

2.    Does your tarball target gcc 3.3, 3.4 or 4.x? Did you do the  
vector bool int changes we discussed?
